After more than 32 years living with Type 1 diabetes, I know firsthand that your strongest years don't have to be behind you. Managing blood sugar and energy has taught me how to train intelligently, recover properly, and perform consistently into my second prime. My goal is to coach men and women including adults with Type 1 diabetes to build strength, confidence, and long-term performance—without the guesswork. My mission is to help adults, especially men over 40, achieve fat loss after 40 through effective strength training, while stepping confidently into their second prime.
